RFI – Joint Operational Access Concept SME?

I’m working on putting together a forum on the undersea domain in warfare (ya, I know its not an official “domain” – but the JCAs do treat it like one 😉 ) to be held in June-ish in D.C. Area.

Any of you folks know anybody involved in the sausage making? We’d like to get someone with knowledge at that level to see if our secret decoder ring has pointed us in the right direction.

Having done a fair amount of work on doctrine and concept docs, the JOAC seems to include a fair number of what we would call “pregnant phrases” – assemblages of words that for those in the room at the time had a rich history behind why there was a critical difference between “The People’s Front of Judea” and the “Judean People’s Front” (for Monty Python fans…) that nobody who wasn’t in the room for the discussion has any idea about…

Hoping to get insight from the horses mouth on details, or find out we are reading WAAAAY to much into things 😉
